The Accommodation

This luxurious, high-end studio has a ceiling height of 2.80 meters and a surface area of 32m2, offering a great space for relaxation and rest.

Enjoy a high-end, fully equipped kitchen with a stunning ceramic countertop... according to the seller, "something never seen before in a studio!"

A bedroom area with a large wardrobe and a Queen Size bed for a royal sleep :)

The incredibly comfortable sofa and the small work space will allow you to transition from work to relaxation in no time, or in this case... in the time it takes to read this :)

We are offering this studio for pre-booking, meaning that it is not finished yet, and the photos are visualizations created by our designer.

They are therefore not contractual.

Indeed, while we are adhering to the plans and overall structure, it is possible that some details (e.g., furniture models, plants, color tones, etc.) may slightly differ from the pre-established visuals.

This is why our cancellation policy will be flexible and the price will be lower than our company's standard rate.

The listing with real photos should be available at the beginning of May.
